Above is the website for the University of Massachusets' Research and Training Center (RTC) about transition-aged youth.  Click on the above website and then onto the NEW Tip sheets for Young Adults to find guidance about applying for jobs, accomodations in college, what happens to SSI upon turning 18, etc.  Also click onto the Publications section to find out about programs which bridge child and adult mental health services (VT JOBS is listed!).
